

This is one of my family's favourite winter warmers! The heat of our Hot Momma Sauce can be used to add a warmth to a pasta bake and here's a recipe that's easy, delicious and moreish.
Serves:
6 people
You will need:
One jar of The Saucy Lady's Hot Momma Sauce
500g Mascarpone Cheese
8 Skinless and boneless chicken thighs or 650g lean steak mince.
500g of your favourite pasta
One white onion
One ball of mozzarella
100g Parmesan
Method:
Finely dice the white onion and Sautee in a large pan until translucent.
Add the chicken or mince and brown evenly.
Add the Hot Momma Sauce.
Simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
Stir in the Mascarpone.
Cook the pasta as per the pack instructions.
In a large baking dish, place all of the chicken and sauce.
Stir in the pasta until fully combined.
Top with torn mozzarella, and grated parmesan.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling at 200 degrees/190 degrees for fan assisted ovens.
Serve with a fresh lead salad and enjoy!
