

This Tuscan inspired dish is a confirmed crowd pleaser with a hint of heat. Ready in approximately 25 minutes!
Serves:
2 people
You will need:
One jar of The Saucy Lady's Puttanesca Sauce.
2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
200g tagliatelle (fresh is best, but dried is perfectly acceptable).
Parmesan for serving.
And although I have included olives in the sauce, extra is always welcome in our house.
Method:
Brown the chicken on all sides in a lidded casserole pan.
Add the jar of Puttanesca Sauce.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle to your liking as per the pack instructions.
Remove the chicken breasts from the sauce and set aside.
Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce, coating evenly.
Serve on warmed plates/pasta bowls, placing the chicken breast (sliced or whole) on top of the tagliatelle.
Sprinkle with a generous portion of grated parmesan and serve immediately.
